Miracles and the Gospel

Rom 15:18-1918 I will not venture to speak of anything except what Christ has accomplished through me in leading the Gentiles to obey God by what I have said and done— 19 by the power of signs and miracles, through the power of the Spirit. So from Jerusalem all the way around to Illyricum, I have fully proclaimed the gospel of Christ.NIV

Paul here makes a bold claim. From Jerusalem to Illyricum, he has made a full proclomation of the gospel. What does this mean? How does he define what it means to fully proclaim the gospel of Christ? Look at the first part of verse 19 again.

According to Paul, to fully proclaim the gospel the power of the Spirit through signs and miracles are essential. I must ask the question: am I fully proclaiming the gospel of Christ?
